Weeks were spent putting everything together, we have everything you would possibly want and need while on vacation - soaps and shampoos, coffee, coffee flavorings, Keurig for 1 cup, a coffee maker for a pot, lots of extra towels, a washer and dryer, keyless entry, smart TVs with Roku devices everywhere, plenty of on-site parking, there bicycles, patio furniture and an infrared outdoor grill so you don't have to worry about charcoal or gas, luggage carriers to help bring your luggage upstairs, a pack and play and highchair for the baby, and just plenty of room to spread out and relax when you are not out and about enjoying St. Augustine! This vacation home is located in St. Augustine. Ripley's Believe It Or Not and Lightner Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's notable landmarks include Castillo de San Marcos and Cathedral Basilica of St. Augustine. Ready for a night out? Consider St. Augustine Distillery and Castle Otttis. Sailing offers a great chance to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking/biking trails nearby.

Our stay was great! The house was very clean and laid out well. The owner was very communicative and accommodating. We could walk to quite a few places and is only two block from the Fountain of Youth park. It’s was a nice neighborhood for afternoon walks as well. Everything was close by…would definitely stay here again.

This rental exceeded our expectations! The location is perfect - walking distance to many attractions, strolls stop, restaurants, etc. Not only is it a beautifully decorated home, the hosts thought of everything you could need or want while traveling. The amenities were outstanding - especially if you’re traveling with small children. The back patio was perfect for enjoying coffee and an evening meal. If we return to St. Augustine, we would absolutely want to stay here again! Communication was outstanding, cannot say enough positive things!

Great space, great location . Great communication with our host ! Highly recommend this beautiful home .. it was clean and spacious. My favorite was the tub in the master bath .. I accidentally left a very special personal gift behind and the cleaning team found it and is mailing it to me . Book this home . You will not be disappointed! Wish we had time to use the bikes that were in the garage ….

A clean and well appointed property. Very close to a lot of things to do. Be careful of the parking situation. Street is too narrow for a k-turn. to park on the side of the house you have to drive over a curb.

Beautiful home with very nice master suite. Everything yiu need and more. 4 minute drive to beach, 5 minute drive to Old Town and walkable to multiple activities, including the Fountain of Youth. Great communication with owners. Loved our stay here.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Magnolia House! The house was very spacious for our big group. We really enjoyed the outdoor patio and absolutely loved the neighborhood. The location was great as it was very close to both Vilano Beach and the downtown area of St. Augustine. We would definitely book this home again.

We had a group of friends staying at this property for a wedding and it was absolutely perfect. The house itself is beautiful and it was close enough that you can walk to the historic downtown area in about 20 min. Perfect large, open concept downstairs area and large rooms upstairs with comfortable beds.
