We thoroughly enjoyed our girls weekend at this beautiful home! Everything was very clean when we arrived and the home is so nicely decorated! Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to stay in a great area of Ft Lauderdale, FL

The house is Amazing! We loved the location. It's 4 minutes from the beach; if you choose to leave. The house is decorated beautifully and the game room, screened in porch, firepit and pool are all fabulous. I just wish we had more time at the house. Our plans were cut short due to the COVID -19 pandemic. I would highly recommend this spot for a friends trip or family vacation.

A great space for a large group! The home is centrally located in the heart of Fort Lauderdale. Minutes from mall, beach and good eats. The outdoor space is wonderful and the customer service and response time from the property management group was exceptional.

We had actually had a wonderful stay. The location was perfect. We had everything we needed, and the property manager was wonderful. I would suggest more towels and face towels. Overall everything was perfect.

We really enjoyed our stay. The home had plenty of. space and was well equipped with anything you would need on a vacation. The owner was wonderful to work with and promptly took care of any issues. Great location in a quiet neighborhood with a quick 10 min walk to the beach. Grocery store was also a quick walk. Highly recommend this property. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The property is lovely, well located, and the owner has thought out every detail. Everything shown in the photos is 100%+ accurate and impeccably clean. We had a family group ranging from ages 18-59. Everyone absolutely loved being here and can’t wait to return!

The property and location were AMAZING! The host was very helpful by checking in after our first night to make sure we had everything we needed. The house had anything and everything you could possibly imagine and then some! The beach was pristine with plenty of parking and the pool was gorgeous. We can’t wait to come back. I would rate this higher than a 5 if we could. Thank you for an amazing getaway 💕

This vacation home surpassed our expectations. Upon arrival it was very clean and the property manager gave us the code to get in. We had two families and each couple had a master bedroom while the kids shared the 2 bedrooms that shared a bathroom. Kids and adults had plenty to do from the pool, fire table, screened in porch and pool table room. Plenty of beach towels, we took their beach chairs to beach, pool toys, and thanks to many renters before us we had extra sunscreen to use and extra food and condiments in the kitchen. If we ever travel to ft lauderdale again this would be where we would stay. Loved it!

We had the best weekend staying in this home! The layout of the house was great for our group and had plenty of space to spread out when needed. Everything was clean and well organized. We loved having the pool to relax during the day! Very convenient to have groceries and restaurants nearby. We would definitely recommend this property for any future stays! Thank you so much!

Very beautiful place and clean. Property manager very nice and helpful quick responses if we need anything. I will most definitely stay here again. Close to the beach, mall and grocery stores. I highly recommend if you travel to this area to stay at this property .

This property was as described—large, spacious, and in a lovely neighborhood. The pool and backyard were so nice you could almost just vacation there! The amenities were all there as were cooking pans etc. Billiard room and screened in porch were bonuses. Host was accessible and friendly. Would definitely stay here again!!

Great house with everything you could ever think of and in a great location!

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. Pool was wonderful, quick easy access to the beach, and the grocery store. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone.

Our stay here was excellent! First and foremost Szusanna was very attentive and quickly responded to any questions we had. Upon our arrival there were a few things we mentioned to her that were “damaged” and she quickly let us know that it was from a previous visit and not to worry, and someone even came out to take care of the fridge door while we were there. She let us know how to use the pool vacuum and adjust the thermostat which were both very helpful! This was a much needed vacation for us all and we will absolutely come back! Thank you for letting us stay with you! :)

We enjoyed our stay. This house is beautiful and the location is great. We walked to the beach daily and enjoyed shopping in the mall. We would rent again.

The home is in a great location. Neighborhood is beautiful and close access to the beach, Las Olas Blvd and Galleria. The property itself is beautiful inside and out. It's spacious, clean and decorated very nicely. Overall, just a very good vibe. The owner was easy to reach and stayed in touch with us throughout the visit. If in the area again, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here.

Great house in a beautiful neighborhood. Well kept. All the comforts of home. Plenty of space for multiple families. The owners were very responsive. The home was nice and clean. The towels smelled like they were truly freshly washed which isn't always the case. Great location. Would highly recommend! Glad we stayed here:)

This property was so beautiful and the owner was incredibly friendly and helpful. We stayed at this property for a 4 day bachelorette weekend and the owner Vivien was communicative and let us check-in earlier in the day based off our flight schedule. We were so thankful for the amount of supplies available at this house to go to the beach (beach chairs, coolers etc.), cook in the kitchen, and swim in the pool (floaties, noodles etc.). The location of this property was so perfect because it was close to everything on our itinerary. We felt very safe in this gated community and would recommend this property to anyone looking for a wonderful getaway to Fort Lauderdale. Thank you again Vivien for your wonderful hospitality :)

Beautiful and well decorated property. Lots of usable space. Kitchen is fully stocked and beds were comfy. Pool area is super nice! House is in a gated, quiet community only a mile from the beach. Had a great time and definitely recommend!

Had a fantastic first trip to Ft Lauderdale while staying here. Homes is beautiful and in walking distance to shops and the beach. Comfortable for 6 adults in our group and could have accommodated more people. Communication with the host was easy and very helpful. Highly recommend staying here!

We were in Ft. Lauderdale for the wedding of our niece. With our folks and mother of the bride, your home became ours with the special touches of a heated pool (yes, we swam in record lows) and pool table providing terrific competitive entertainment! The layout, beautiful kitchen, comfortable rooms and first class bathrooms made us not want to leave! With my niece and new husband living here, we hope to return.

Our stay was wonderful. The house was so clean. Check in was very easy. The spacious living room, kitchen and dining room was a perfect space for the whole family to hang out. I would say here again.

Our stay was great! The house was very clean and laid out well. The owner was very communicative and accommodating. We could walk to quite a few places and is only two block from the Fountain of Youth park. It’s was a nice neighborhood for afternoon walks as well. Everything was close by…would definitely stay here again.

This rental exceeded our expectations! The location is perfect - walking distance to many attractions, strolls stop, restaurants, etc. Not only is it a beautifully decorated home, the hosts thought of everything you could need or want while traveling. The amenities were outstanding - especially if you’re traveling with small children. The back patio was perfect for enjoying coffee and an evening meal. If we return to St. Augustine, we would absolutely want to stay here again! Communication was outstanding, cannot say enough positive things!

I accidentally left a very special personal gift behind and the cleaning team found it and is mailing it to me . Book this home . You will not be disappointed! A clean and well appointed property. Very close to a lot of things to do. Be careful of the parking situation. Street is too narrow for a k-turn. to park on the side of the house you have to drive over a curb.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Magnolia House! The house was very spacious for our big group. We really enjoyed the outdoor patio and absolutely loved the neighborhood. The location was great as it was very close to both Vilano Beach and the downtown area of St. Augustine. We would definitely book this home again.

We had a great stay (6 adults) at the E San Carlos VRBO. The house was everything that was advertised and was located within walking distance to Historic Old St Augustine. We’d highly recommend this property to anyone

We had a group of friends staying at this property for a wedding and it was absolutely perfect. The house itself is beautiful and it was close enough that you can walk to the historic downtown area in about 20 min. Perfect large, open concept downstairs area and large rooms upstairs with comfortable beds.
